研究方向：
主要從事主要從事食品生物活性組分對衰老，脂肪與葡萄糖代謝的作用及機理研究。通過建立秀麗線蟲衰老模型，利用突變體研究菊苣酸植物活性成分對于線蟲壽命的影響；同時建立肌肉細胞體外模型和小鼠體内模型研究菊苣酸，牡荊素等活性成分對糖類代謝的影響及機制。
